Please review this Returns and Refund Policy before making a purchase.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
A return request submitted after the 30-day period may not be accepted unless required by applicable law.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product must generally be:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed;

In the same condition in which it was received;

Free from damage caused after delivery;
-
Returned with its original tags, accessories, manuals, and packaging, where applicable;

Accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
We understand that some products must be opened to inspect them. Opening the shipping package alone does not automatically make a product ineligible for return.
Products that show signs of excessive use, misuse, accidental damage, alteration, improper cleaning, or missing components may be refused or may qualify only for a partial refund.
How to Request a Return

Do not send a product back before receiving return instructions from our support team.
Returns sent without authorization, to an incorrect address, or without sufficient identifying information may be delayed, refused, or returned to the sender.
If your return is approved, we will provide:

Packaging and shipping instructions;

Any applicable return authorization details;

Information about who is responsible for return shipping.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is required because the product arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, Pups Bar will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide another appropriate resolution.
For returns based on preference, sizing, change of mind, accidental ordering, or another reason not caused by our error, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless:

The product was damaged, defective, or incorrect;

We made an order fulfilment error; or
-
A refund of shipping charges is required by applicable law.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item. We are not responsible for customer return packages lost in transit before reaching the authorized return location.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If a product is damaged, defective, missing components, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:

Your order number;

A clear description of the problem;

Photographs or video of the product;
-
Photographs of the packaging and shipping label, where relevant.
Do not discard the product or its packaging until we have reviewed the claim.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

A replacement;
-
A full or partial refund;

Store credit;
-
Replacement parts;
-
Another reasonable resolution.
We may not require a physical return when the cost of returning the item is unreasonable or when photographs provide sufficient evidence of the issue.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following products are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or unless applicable law requires otherwise:

Gift cards;

Personalized, engraved, or custom-made products;

Perishable goods;
-
Opened food or consumable products;

Intimate or sanitary goods after opening or use;

Opened personal-care, beauty, or hygiene products;

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, chemicals, or gases;

Products marked clearly as Final Sale before purchase;
-
Digital products after delivery or access;
-
Products damaged through misuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.
Contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether a particular product is returnable.
Sale and Discounted Products
Products purchased using a discount code or during a general sale remain eligible for return unless they were clearly marked Final Sale on the product page before purchase.
Refunds for eligible discounted products will be based on the amount actually paid after discounts.
Discount codes, promotional credits, and shipping discounts have no cash value and are not separately refundable.
Final Sale Products
Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned because of a change of mind.
However, Final Sale status does not remove any rights you may have if the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description.
Exchanges
We do not currently process direct product exchanges.
To obtain a different product, size, color, or variation:

Request a return for the original eligible item;

Wait for return approval;

Place a new order for the desired item.
For damaged or incorrect products, contact us before placing another order because we may be able to send a replacement directly.
Order Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify an order.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing, fulfilment, or shipping.
If an order has already been dispatched, it must be handled under this Returns and Refund Policy.
Refund Review
Once an authorized return is received, we will inspect it and notify you whether the refund has been approved, partially approved, or declined.
Inspection may take up to 5 business days after the return is delivered.
A refund may be reduced if:

The product has been used beyond reasonable inspection;

Parts, accessories, tags, or packaging are missing;
-
The product was damaged after delivery;
-
The return does not comply with the approved instructions;
-
Non-refundable shipping or carrier charges apply.
We will explain the reason if a refund is reduced or declined.
Approved Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
We cannot normally issue a refund to a different card, bank account, PayPal account, or payment method.
After we process the refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post it to your account.
Refunds commonly appear within 5–10 business days, but timing depends on the payment provider.
Shopify processes refunds back to the same payment method and currency used for the purchase.
Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued when:

The product shows signs of use or damage not caused by us;

Parts, packaging, accessories, or documentation are missing;

Only part of a multi-item order is returned;
-
The product’s value has been reduced because of customer handling;

Non-refundable shipping or return costs must be deducted.
Any deduction will be explained before or when the refund is processed.
Late or Missing Refunds
If we confirm that a refund has been issued but it has not appeared:

Review your bank, card, or payment account again;

Contact your card issuer or payment provider;

Allow the provider’s standard processing period;

Contact us at support@pupsbar.com if the refund still cannot be located.
Refused and Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, returned because of an incorrect address, or returned because customs charges were not paid, any eligible refund may be reduced by:

Original shipping costs;

Return shipping charges;
-
Customs or carrier fees;
-
Other direct costs associated with the failed delivery.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.
We aim to resolve legitimate concerns directly and may be able to provide a replacement, refund, tracking assistance, or another solution more quickly.
Opening a payment dispute does not expand or replace your rights under this policy or applicable law.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights, remedies, warranties, or protections that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Where local consumer law provides greater protection than this policy, the applicable legal requirement will control.
